Melvina Adline Jackson, one of the eight known children, of William Jackson and Emeliza Tatlock was born, in Jackson Co. Indiana, in 1861.[1] In the 1600's her Jackson ancestors had settled in Pasquotank Carolina area, relocating to Jackson County Indiana, about 1800.
Melvina and Elias Loudermilk were married on 6 JAN 1882 in Jackson County, Indiana, where they raised at least nine children: [2] Flora, Taylor, Marie, Kittie, Joseph, Emmett, James, Daniel, Arle
Sometime between 1900 and 1910, the household has split. 1910 census has Elias and Flora together in Jackson Ward 1, while Adline and four sons are in Carr Twp. On these 1910 censuses, Elias is listed as married and Adline as widowed.
Melvina Adaline Loudermilk, died in 1928 and is buried in the Weddleville Cemetery [3]
