Biography
William HORSBURGH was born on 6 March 1858 in Cockburnspath, Berwickshire, Scotland, son of Alexander HORSBURGH and Elisabeth (BLACKHALL) HORSBURGH.[1][2]
He married Jane Helen LOGAN in 1879 in Foulden, Berwickshire, Scotland.[3] They had 13 children.
