Hope-195 and Hope-177 appear to represent the same person because: Upon researching Jane Hope I realized that this was merged into Wikitree from an external GED file. Turns out this 'Jane' was born on and in the same place as her brother James Hope. Upon looking further it doesn't look like the Jane Hope who married James Harvey King is not in any way related to this Hope family.
