Biography

Joseph was born in 1897. He passed away in 1958. He married in England in 1927 and came to New Zealand around 1930. He and his wife, Ethel, had four children (two surviving according to newspaper) prior to her death in 1938.

He moved to Wellington before 1941 and remarried in 1951. His second wife survived him.^[1]

He drowned when the boat he was on capsized^[2].
