HEUGEL, Charles L., 79, of Tampa, passed away January 9, 2011. He was a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force and later retired from the State of Florida as an area supervisor with the Department of Revenue. He was preceded in death by his second wife, Eleanor; and is survived by his two children, Ben Heugel (Lisa), Valerie Heugel, and their mother, Felicia Agostini; stepchildren, Teresa Valdez (Dennis), Tammy Larson, Monty Larson (Betty) and Tina Grimshaw; and seven stepgrandchildren. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. Friday at Garden of Memories Funeral home, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, with funeral services immediately following. Military honors will be accorded prior to entombment at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
