- I have decided that the Janet daughter of John Henderson and Isabella Bennie / Berry ++ is one and the same Janet who married Adam Turnbull in Hamilton Ontario, despite the marriage cert. showing her mother as Elizabeth.
- Isabella and Elizabeth are known to be used interchangeably at times in Scotland
- She's in the right place / time and disappears from view as Janet Henderson in Canadian records
- the Annie Henderson witnessing the marriage is likely to be Janet's sister
- her death cert. switches back to an Isabella for her mother, albeit recording the surname as BENNER - closer if not yet a full cigar :) Henderson-2297 08:04, 3 April 2021 (UTC)
