Olive (Heafield) Murphy was born in Victoria, Australia

Olive was born in 1931. She was the daughter of Percival Heafield and Myrtle Newman.

Her parents separated about 1930.

In 1937 her grandmother Elizabeth Newman (Home duties) and mother Myrtle Bell Heafield (Home Duties) lived in Wightman St, Footscray South, Victoria.^[1]

Olive Winifred Heafield married Albert George Murphy in Footscray, Victoria on 1 March 1952. ^[2]

She passed away in 2013, aged 82. ^[3]

Died on Tuesday Mar. 26, 2013, aged 82 years Loving wife of Albie and mother of Maree and Rick, Dianne and John. Nan to Tisha, Holly, Adam, Nikki, Laura and Craig. A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mrs Olive Winifred Murphy will be held in the Mason Park Funeral Home, 95 Mason Street, Wangaratta on WEDNESDAY (Apr. 3, 2013) commencing at 2.00 p.m. No flowers by request.
