Research Notes

A family tree drawn up in 1899 states shows George and Isabella as having 10 children, against 4 of whom is placed the word Australia. The others are John, Walter and Helen, who is noted as marrying D. Watson. Their birth years are given but no further information ...

At least one current family tree shows the family of George & Catherine (HENDERSON) HAMILTON in Sydney as the above George, but other than "old family knowledge" have no other proof. The latter has now been disproved
