Benoni Hall was born in 1710 in Portsmouth, Newport, Rhode Island. His parents were William Hall and Sarah Tibbitts.
He married Elizabeth Gardiner

His will is dated 20 October 1778 and proved on 16 February 1779 in Exeter, Rhode Island.[1]
