DNA matches exist between descendants of Margaret's daughters Mary, and Sarah, and Lorna.

As these are mostly Ancestry we only have ThruLines for the matches within the Arkle family but do have some segment data from GEDMatch that shows a triangulated segment on chr 9 between a descendant of Mary Arkle and two second cousins, HH (28cMs) and Lorna (T087062: 21cMs) from 0-13m, whose common ancestral couple are William Henderson and Helen Sinton Wight, where Helen is the daughter of Peter Sinton and Jane Wight.

The same descendant of Mary Arkle also matches a descendant of Peter and Jane (Wight) Sinton's daughter Mary.
