Mary is the daughter of Joseph Hale 1751-1791 and Nancy Ann Willis.
In 1795 she married Samuel Devine. She is buried in Hale and Devine Family Graveyard.
The 1820 census appears to have a male and female adult, and a young boy and girl living on the property
