Biography
Barbara France Hagan was born in 1870 to Samuel Hagen and Barbara Teer. She passed away in 1951 at the age of 81 and is buried in the Fairfax Cemetery, Milton, Clutha District, Otago[1]
She married James Davidson 14 Jun 1911 in the Milburn Church, Otago.
- The entry reads: James Davidson, aged 53 years, labourer, widower (4 Nov 1909), born Dunn Scotland, presently & usually resid. South Dunedin. Son of John - labourer - and Agnes ne Fairburn. to. Barbara Frances Hagen, age d 41 years, domestic duties, spinster, born presently & usually Milburn Otago. Daughter of Samuel - farmer - and Barbara ne Teer. Witnesses - John Black Hagen, farmer, Milburn. Sarah Ann Hagen, domestic duties, Milburn. Celebrated at the Church, Milburn, by Rev. Thomas Nevis Cuttle. 1990[2]
