Aaron Griffin served with 2nd New York Regiment, Continental Army during the American Revolution.

Aaron Griffin was born circa 1758 in Connecticut. He was the son of Elnathan and Patience Burr Griffin. He was baptized on 2 July 1758 at Congregational Church, Redding, Fairfield County, Connecticut.[1][2]

He married Lois Lewis circa 1780.[3][4]

He appeared on the census of 1790 at Canaan, Columbia Co., New York.[5] He appeared on the census of 1800 at Minden, Montgomery Co., New York.[6]

He died in 1820 at Bridgeport, Onondaga Co., New York.[4][7]
