Biography
Hannah was born in 1781, daughter of Robert Gray and Susannah La Grange'
She was the first wife of Charles C Scrafford about 1800.
She passed away in 1830.[1]
Hannah is buried on the William H. Furbeck farm on Settles Hill. About 80 feet north of the house are 5 (actually 3) gravestones as follows:[2]
- Hannah Gray, wife of Charles Scrafford, died 1830 aged 50 years
- Sally Scrafford, daughter of Charles died 1838 aged 20 years
- William James Nickels, son of William and Eve, died 1831 aged 1 year
