Ralph Douglas Gorman was born June 10, 1900 in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. He was a son of Joseph Gorman and Emily (Bird) Gorman.^[1][2]

He married Margaret Owen on Sept 9, 1926 in Fredericton.^[3] He worked from the provincial government as a truck driver.^[2]

Ralph passed away on March 8, 1942 in Fredericton, New Brunswick at the age of 41 after being struck by a vehicle. He was interred at the Fredericton Rural Cemetery.^{[2] [4]}
