Name: Kathryn Marie "Marie" Gilpin AKA: Kathryn Marie Burris, Marie K Gilpin, Marie Gilpin
Marie was born 26 Mar 1929[1] in St. Paul, Neosho, Kansas, USA the daughter of John W Gilpin and Mary Frances Kennedy. She and her brother grew up and attended school in Lincoln, Neosho, Kansas where her father had a farm.[2][3]
Marie was married to Kenneth Edwin Burris 16 Oct 1954 in Newton, Kansas. They spent much of their marriage years in Wichita, Kansas[4][5] where ken worked in the aircraft industry. The couple had no children.
Marie passed away 30 Nov 2013 in Girard, Crawford County, Kansas and is buried in the Hope Cemetery; Saint Paul, Neosho County, Kansas.[6][7]
