Biography

Nathan was born on 30 January 1782.[1]

He married Obedience Lucas on 16 February 1803 in Davidson County, Tennessee.[2]

He was a constable in Davidson County, Tennessee. He was removed from office in 1822 because he was unable to give security.[3] He was also a farmer.[4]

By 1830, he had moved to Giles County, Tennessee.[5] By 1850, he was living in Tippah County, Mississippi.[6]

He died on 8 March 1855[7] and was buried in Gower Cemetery, located on Gower Road, Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, behind the Centenary Methodist Church.[8]
