In 1910 and 1920, Clarence L Gardner lived at the Retreat Mental Hospital in Newport, Luzerne, PA. Clarence died of tuberculosis on June 14, 1932 and is buried at the Wilkes-Barre City Cemetery, Lot 492, Wilke-Barre, Pennsylvania.
