Eva was born about 1879. She is the daughter of Volney Foster and Eva Hill. [1]

Eva A. Hill married Volney W. Foster, of Evanston, Ill., in 1876, and died in 1887. She had two children, Albert V., and Eva C. [Landmarks of Orleans County, New York]
