Biography
[Thomas Fortune Jrn] was born Seamount Courtown County Wexford 17 February 1886. Son of [Thomas Fortune Srn] [son of [Christopher Fortune] and [Mary Murphy] of Seamount Courtown.
In 1901 Census recrd for Courtown Harbour [Thomas Fortune jrn] aged 17 years old living with his Widowed mother [Mary Fortune] and 6 siblings. Thomas Jrn. was working as a Fisherman.
In 1911 Census listed [Thomas Fortune] aged 25 years old born in Wexford working as a Butler at 33 Munt Street Upper in the household of Samuel Walker Lord Chancellor of Ireland,
[Thomas Fortune] married 08 October [Julia Lyons] daughter of [Terence Lyons] and [Mary Murphy] of Caltledermot County Kildare Church of St. Andrews Dublin 08 October 1913 Thomas lived at Dundrum, occupation Tipstaff at the High Court Dublin. [Julia Lyons]lived at 17 Fitzwilliam Square Dublin no occupation listed.
The family lived at Varadene Bird Avenue Clonskea County Dublin. Thomas worked as Catering Manager for Lawlers of Naas for 30 years Thomas Fortune died 09 March 1958.
They had 3 sons and 1 daughter.

Sheila Fortune Sheila joined the Sisters of Charity Temple Street Dublin. her name changed to Sister Joseph Cyril.
