Biography

Lovina aka Lovie Flint was born in West Virginia to Thomas Jefferson Flint and Martha Jane Livasay. She is listed with her parents on the 1900 Census in Hancock County, West Virginia.^[1] She married Clarence King on August 29, 1908 in Fayetteville, Fayette County, West Virginia.^[2] They had a daughter, Hurtle Gladys King on June 3, 1909^[3] and are listed with their daughter on the 1910 Census.^[4]

A researcher on Family Search indicates that Lovie passed away on February 11, 1910 but a source is needed and this date may be incorrect. The record of death for her husband indicates he passed away on November 17, 1923 but his Find-a-Grave Memorial lists his date of death as November 17, 1925 (see Find-a-Grave Id: 100295520) and his wife is not linked.
