Biography
Lindsay's Death Notice reads:[1]
- FAIRBAIRN, June 25, 1939 at a private hospital, Randwick, Lindsay Welfare Fairbairn, dearly beloved husband of Edith May Fairbairn, of 30 Kintore Street, Dulwich Hill and loving father of James, Thomas, Stan, William, Harold, Lily, Jean and Edna, aged 53 years. At rest."
He was buried at Rookwood (Zone F Independent Section B, Grave 1744).[2]
