Donald Elder, resident of Skipster Reay (possibly the modern day location of Shebster near Reay), married Hester Sinclair of Westfield, Caithness, in Halkirk on 7 September 1808.[1]
Donald "Eldar", son of Donald "Eldar" and Hester Sinclair, was born about December 1814 and baptised in Watten, Caithness, on 4 January 1815.[2]
