Private McBain Dudgeon was Wounded in Action during World War I.
Andrew McBain Dudgeon served overseas during World War I. He had chronic bronchitis and laryngitis while overseas and spent some time in hospital. He suffered a gunshot wound to the hand, a gunshot wound to the neck and ear, a shrapnel wound to his right hand and was exposed to mustard gas during his service.[2]
Following the war, he married Bertha Ellen Johnston in 1920.[3]
