Coy V. Dodds

Coy V. Dodds, 57, of Lucasville, died Friday at Scioto Memorial Hospital.

Dodds was trucking superintendent for the Ohio Asphalt Paving Corp. and at one time operated his own trucking company In Lucasville. He also operated a taxi at Lucasville and a restaurant there at one time.

Surviving are the mother, Mrs. Jessie Rogers Dodds of South Webster; his wife, Mrs. Vena McManis Dodds; a son, Roger of Lucasville; a daughter, Vina Lou of Silver Springs, Md.; two brothers, Ralph of South Webster and Charles of New Boston, and two sisters, Mrs. Jean Waddell of Wheelersburg and Mrs. Pearl Mays of Lucasville Rt. 2.

Funeral services are to be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Lucasville Evangelical United Brethren Church, with Rev. John Morgan officiating. Burial is to be in Lucasville Cemetery under the direction of McKinley Funeral Home.
