Charles Dilke PC is Notable.

Charles was born in 1843. He was the son of Wentworth Dilke and Mary Chatfield.

He was Member of Parliament for Chelsea from 1868-1886 and then Forest of Dean from 1892-1911^[1]

He died in 1911 and is buried in Kensal Green Cemetery London.^[2]

Roy Jenkins wrote an account of the scandal which destroyed his career.^[3][4]
