Biography

James Francis was born 5 Sep 1913 in International Falls, Koochiching County, Minnesota, USA. ^[1] He lived in Thorold, Ontario with his parents in 1921 and 1931. ^{[2] [3]}

In 1944, he was a petty officer in the Royal Canadian Navy. ^[4]

He died 21 Aug 1970 in St. Catharines, Ontario and was buried in Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St. Catharines. ^[5]
