William Daw was a North Carolina colonist.

Possible birth in Ware, Gloucester County, Virginia.[1]

"Late of Virginia" as stated in a land deed dated 1707 film 007513264, Image 78 (book W, page 75).

His will is difficult to read due to the poor image quality. It can be read that he names his wife, Dinah, and the following children:[2][3]

  1. William Daw, heir to 100 acres, west of Dinham's Creek
  2. Diana Daw
  3. John Daw
  4. Nicholas Daw
  5. Sarah (Daw) Dixon
  6. Lydia (Daw) - married name is difficult to read, but she and Sarah are named as married daughters
