William Davison or Davidson was born in 22 APR 1702 in Cupar, Fife, Scotland.

William died on or before 1790 probably in Kentucky, USA.

Research Notes

Research on Scotlandspeople (only putting in Davidson and Fife) revealed no birth for William Davidson or mention of an Alexander Davidson or a Sarah McKnight. the only entry that had the name William with father Alexander, was in 1717 in Kingsbarn, Fife. Most of the information on Ancestry, has his birthdate as 1707 but no concrete evidence to back it up. Family Search had no information at all.

Davison-1201 and Davidson-2696 appear to represent the same person because: same name with variant spelling, same spouse, same locations, same time frame
Looks like William may have 2 brothers "Alexander" from prior merges - Although dates/places are different - Can you determine and merge if necessary. Thanks
