Abigail "Abbie" was born around 1793 in the Port Town of Fraserburgh, at the far northeast corner of Aberdeenshire, about 40 miles (64 km) north of the City of Aberdeen, Parish of Fraserburgh, in Aberdeenshire, Scotland^[1]. Her birth isn't recorded, therefore, her parents aren't known.

Marriage

Robert (Burnett) marries Abigail "Abbie" (Davidson) on the 29 October 1825 at the Parish Church, 5 Barrasgate Road, in the Port Town of Fraserburgh, at the far northeast corner of Aberdeenshire, about 40 miles (64 km) north of the City of Aberdeen, Parish of Fraserburgh, in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. His surname is recorded as being "Burnet" on the Record^[2].

We find Abigail "Abbie" in the Census Record of 1841 living with her husband Robert (Burnett) at Back Street, in the Town of Fraserburgh, Parish of Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^[3]. Robert and Abigail have moved to Shore Street, in the Town of Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire with the Census Record of 1851^[4].

Death

Abigail "Abbie" (Davidson) is murdered in 1851 at Shore Street, in the Town of Fraserburgh, Paris of Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, in north eastern Scotland. She was around 58 years old and her husband, Robert (Burnett) is accused of killing her. It is unclear as to whether Robert was found guilty, or not and it will be on the document, Precognition Against Robert Burnett^[5].
