Biography

Louisa was born in Kent, England in 1839. She emigrated with her parents to New Zealand, arriving in Wellington in January 1861 on the Wild Duck. She married William Shepherd in 1865. They moved to Australia sometime between 1873 and 1877. She passed away in Adelaide in 1915.
