Biography

Percival's birth was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1869 in the Bramley district.^[1] In the 1871 census Perceival (age 1) was the son of George Cornick in Churwell, Yorkshire, England.^[2] In the 1881 census Percival (age 11) was the unmarried son of George Cornick on Old Road, Churwell, Yorkshire, Yorkshire West Riding, England.^[3]

Percival's death (age 14) was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1883 in the Holbeck district.^[4] Percival (age 14) was buried on 5 October 1883 in Morley, Yorkshire, England.^[5] Percival died on 3 October 1883 and was buried in Morley, Metropolitan Borough of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.^[6]
