Biography
George COLLYER was born in 1826. He was the son of Henry Collyer and Hannah Row, and was the 4th of 9 children.
He travelled to Adelaide Australia on the brig Macedon, arriving 1854 with his brother John COLLYER. Travelling to Geelong, he married a nice Irish girl Anna MAHON and they had one child, Mary Collyer b 1862 when both were aged 36 years.
He passed away in 1879 at Durham Lead Victoria, aged 52 years.
