Clida (Collins) Kilgore was born in Appalachia, in Kentucky.
Clida Collins was born on 16 February 1925 in Garrett, Floyd, Kentucky, United States, daughter of Madison Gibson Collins and Nancy Terry.
In the 1930 census Clida (age 5) was the daughter of Madison Collins in Magisterial District 5, Knott County, Kentucky.[1]
In the 1940 census Clydia (age 15) was the single daughter of Madison Collins in Magisterial District 1, Knott County, Kentucky.[2]
Clida (age 22) married Harley Kilgore (age 27) on 6 October 1947 in Garrett, Floyd, Kentucky.[3]
Clida died (age 59) on 2 August 1984 in Prestonsburg, Floyd, Kentucky[4] and was buried in Travis Combs-Ramey Cemetery, Soft Shell, Knott, Kentucky.[5]
Clida was in an obituary on 4 August 1984 in Kentucky, United States.[6]
