Biography
John Coldwell was born in about 1799 in Nova Scotia,[1] a son of John and Fally (Bishop) Coldwell of Gaspereau, Nova Scotia.[2]
He married Isabella Duncanson circa 1820.
In 1871, he was widowed and living with his son Jehiel and family in Gaspereau, Nova Scotia.[1]
A family source indicates he died in 1875.[3]
