Janet was visiting her mother on census night 1851.
Janet an her eldest son Peter were paying £10 per annum rent in 1895, for their flat at 1 Abbot St.
She had taken over the lease of the family house at 13 Glover St when her husband was killed. In 1875 she was paying £8 rent for that property, a rent which had stayed the same for at least 10 years.
