Norman Victor Clinton was born the 21st of February, 1924 in Brooklyn, New York.^[1] Throughout his known residencies, he lived with his family in Brooklyn, New York.^[2][3] Norman passed away the 26th of July, 1999 in Fort Myers, Lee, Florida.^[1] He was buried in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Sumter County, Florida.^[4]
