Biography
Parmelia Chapin was born May 20, 1804 in Granville, Washington County, New York. She was the daughter of Roderick and Hepzibah (Norton) Chapin. [1]
She married Bela Bartlett in Warsaw, Wyoming County, New York.
Parmelia died April 24, 1847 in Belmont, Allegany County, New York. She is buried in Forest Hills Cemetery in Belmont. [2]
