Biography

Baron Evelyn Cecil was a member of the aristocracy in England.

Evelyn was born in 1865.^[1] He was the son of Eustace Gascoyne-Cecil and Gertrude Scott. He married Alicia Margaret Amherst in 1898.^[2] He passed away in 1941.^[3][4]
