Biography

Albert Roy Carney was a fisherman who was born in Onslow County, North Carolina, on September 3, 1903. On May 29, 1987, Albert died in Jacksonville, North Carolina and was buried two days later in the Odum-Carney Cemetery, in Swansboro, North Carolina.^[1][2] On December 31, 1925, Albert married Julie F. Burns in Onslow County, North Carolina.^[3] According to his death record, he was divorced, meaning that Albert and Julie split up at some point in their lives.
