Biography
Alexander Cameron, son of Donald Cameron and Christy Mcintosh, was born 22 Dec 1814 and baptised 27 Jan 1815 according to the register of Saint Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Williamstown, Glengarry, Ontario. [1]
His family "moved to Whitby, Ont. in 1831, had children Janet 1813, Alex 1815, Elizabeth 1820,Daniel 1823, Catharine 1825, Allan [1827 or 1837]. [2]
In 1852, he farmed very near his parents. Their apparent household were all born in Upper Canada. They were: [3]
