For many years, Dr Frederick Calov has resided on the Manning, engaged in the duties of his profession, and his decease will occasion a general feeling of sorrow among his many friends and acquaintances. Dr. Calov, though not altogether confined to his room, has been in ill health for some time, but during the last few weeks he has suffered very much, until death released him from all earthly pain last Sunday. We are sorry to say that no provision was made by him for the widow and family he leaves behind, for whom deep sympathy is felt in their great misfortune. On Monday afternoon the remains of Dr. Calov were borne to the cemetery and interred, some sixty or seventy mourners following the body to its last resting place."
