Helen was born before 1794, since her son was born in 1810. "ROBERT WILLIAM FRASER, born 10 July 1810 son of Captain Robert F., sometime of the Household of George, Prince of Wales, and Helen Buchanan" [1]
Note that her surname is spelt with 2 n's in the Old Parish Registers of Perth, 1810
