Biography

Thomas Broomfield[1], son of George Broomfield (1801-1875) & Elizabeth Jackson (1799-1861), was born in Roxburghshire, Scotland in March, 1825, and died in September, 1912 in Wingham, New South Wales.[2]

Thomas married Ann Cameron, daughter of Alexander Cameron and Ann Henderson, in 1854, at Marlee, NSW, the marriage recorded in the Manning River district register of the Presbyterian church[3].

They had children[4]:

Thomas died in 1912[5] and is buried, with his wife Ann Cameron, in Wingham cemetery[6]
