H.M.S. Gloucester Paul Rollo Sinclair Brooke was born in 1912 at Pembury, Kent, England.1 He was the son of Reverend Henry Sinclair Brooke and Violet Wason.1 He died on 6 April 1942 at Germany, lost in a mission over the Ruhr.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the 9th Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, flying Mk III Wellingtons.
