Alexander Breingan was born in Scotland.

Peter was born about 1856 in Alloa, Clackmannanshire, Scotland to parents Ebenezer Breingan and Margaret Wright.^[1][2] He married Margaret "Maggie" Gray on August 17th, 1897 in Stirling, Stirlingshire, Scotland.^[3] They had three children together:

1. Alexander
2. Margaret
3. John

He passed away in October 1920 in South Stoneham, Hampshire, England.^[4]
