Clifford George Dunn Blackwell was born on September 6, 1897 in Kempsey, Colony of New South Wales, son of John Blackwell and Barbara Dunn.^[1]

Clifford (23) married Hilda Minnie Hiddilston (21) (born in 1899 in Waverley, Colony of New South Wales; daughter of John Hiddilston and Matilda Elizabeth Carter) on December 23, 1920 in Woollahra, New South Wales.^[2][3]

Clifford died on November 12, 1976 in Lidcombe, New South Wales, Australia, aged 78.^[4]
