Biography
Charles was born December 24th 1933 in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, the son of Charles Clinton and Clara Eleanore (Beard) Bingaman. He was married to Mary Lou (Bond) Roane.
Charles was electrocuted, July 2nd 1975, while working on his swimming pool pump. He was 41 years old. He is buried in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, Maryland.
