Biography

John F Baty was born in West Plains, Howell County, Missouri July 25, 1878. His parents were John Fletcher Baty and Mary J. (Wright) Baty.^[1]

In 1900 John was living in McElroy Township, Pawnee, Oklahoma Territory where he was a partner with George G. Jones in a farming project.^[2]

His draft registration was filled out in Grove, Delaware, Oklahoma^[3]
