A few days ago, I sent you a private WikiTree message which had the links of the Southern Colony teams on it. If you are still interested in becoming a member, I need you to reply to that email to send to me your email address with the teams you wish to participate in the Southern Colonies project.
thanks
Mary ~ Project Coordinator, Membership - Southern Colonies
I ask your forgiveness, as I have been very busy and lost the email connection you had sent to me. I am still interested, but have to do this in "fits and starts." My email is [email address removed] I will seek that email, now that I have rediscovered your name. It was the discovery of two fairly significant early Southern Colonists in my line that inspired me to seek membership. They are both 18th century, though Elizabeth Clark lived at least 102 years, so into the 19th, and she had many descendants. Mary, I will try to get back with this, and persist! Thank you, Patricia Bailey
If another question, just ask..

Thanks self-certifying for the Pre-1700 badge! Collaboration with Pre-1700 Project members is essential for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Collaboration is essential because those ancestors are usually shared by many descendants.
It looks like the United States Project would be a good fit based on your branch of WikiTree. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.
Do you have any questions? Let me know. I'm happy to help! :-)

PS Links sometimes do not work in email; if that happens, use the link in the public comments on your profile.

You could try changing your tags to add a location - for example, "Bennett_Texas" instead of just "Bennett" - and that would cut down on the results. The only downside is that others would not be able to find your page unless they search specifically for "Bennett_Texas".
You can also stop the daily e-mails if they're too overwhelming. Just go to "My WikiTree" at the top, choose "Settings", and follow the prompts from there. You'll still be able to see all your tag results by going to your Family Activity Feed (also under the "My WikiTree" menu).
Hope this helps some! :)
This is just a courtesy e-mail to see how things are going. Are you enjoying WikiTree so far? Any questions? Any issues?
Feel free to contact me via my profile page. I am happy to help!

PS If you get a "Page Not Found" error when you click the link, you can find a working version in the public comments on your profile.
You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. The New Member How-Tos are for you to work at your own pace. If you had a chance to review any of it, was it helpful?
If you have questions about how WikiTree works, I'm here to help. Just click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page. I'll get back to you by the end of the day.

PS Did you discover that the surname tags on your profile are clickable links? Each will take you to a page of other people who research the surname and a bunch of links which might be helpful. You could add more for other names of interest or spelling variations, up to 20 total
I recommend starting with our New Member How-To pages. They will save you time, energy and frustration as you create your family profiles. If the link doesn't work in your e-mail, you can find it in the public comments on your profile page.
Need help? Just ask!
Above all, have FUN! :) I hope you enjoy WikiTree as much as I have!
Kind regards,
Vicky Majewski ~ WikiTree Greeter & Member since August 2015
